Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) pursuant to § 36 VSBG.

Liability for content

The contents of these pages have been prepared with care. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point at which knowledge of a specific infringement is obtained; on becoming aware of such infringements we will remove the content immediately.

Liability for links

Our site contains links to external websites over whose content we have no influence. We accept no liability for that third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking and no unlawful content was apparent. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement; on becoming aware of infringements we will remove such links immediately.

Copyright

The content and works on these pages created by the operator are subject to copyright. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any form of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require written consent. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private, non-commercial use only.

Digital products sold through this store are licensed, not sold. Permitted and prohibited uses are set out in section 3 of our Terms of Service.

Three things before you publish this

The address and name cannot be placeholders. An Impressum legally requires your real full name and a physical address where you can receive post — a PO box or a virtual office alone does not satisfy § 5 TMG. This is the single most-enforced part of the requirement, and missing or fake details are what generate warning letters (Abmahnungen) in Germany.

Only publish this if you're actually established in Germany. A German phone number alone doesn't create the obligation. If you're based elsewhere — Morocco, say — you need whatever your own jurisdiction requires instead, and you should not present yourself as a German business. Tell me where you're actually established and I'll write the right version.

I've deliberately left out the EU ODR link that almost every Impressum template still contains. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down in July 2025, so linking to it now points customers at a dead service and signals a template that hasn't been maintained. The § 36 VSBG statement above is the part that still applies.
